Return and refund Policy
Please make sure you make a return request within 3 days after you have received your orders. You will have 100% refund including shipping fees provided the delivered item is damaged, missing or defective. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned up open, must be in their original condition at the time of sales, with the original packaging containers intact.
We will not accept returns if the packaging is opened or not in its original condition.
How to request an item?
- Please call our customer care representative , you will be informed on how to return the item
- Return the item with everything in the package intact through a traceable carrier and the shipment should be insured in case the package is lost.
- Once we received the return item, refund process will take place within 10 working days (Monday-Friday). You will receive a call or email confirmation once your refund is processed.
